Do you have a physical store where I can view products?
Saboreo Luxusgeschenke operates exclusively as an online boutique to provide you with seamless service and efficient delivery directly to your desired location. We do not currently have a physical retail store.
Do you offer custom designs or personalized requests?
Yes, we understand the desire for unique expressions of love. Many of our products and services offer customization options directly on the website, such as specific balloon colors or personalized messages.

Delivery
What are your delivery areas?
We proudly offer delivery throughout the Zurich region and extend our services within a 50km radius for most products. For larger or specific hotel room decor packages, we may offer extended delivery up to a 120km radius.
What are your delivery fees?
Our delivery fees are calculated based on your location: CHF 12.90 for deliveries within a closer radius and CHF 18.90 for deliveries further out within our service area. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time slot?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. You'll be forwarded to a booking page to choose your desired 1 hour delivery slot
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
While we prioritize timely delivery, same-day delivery is generally not available for our bespoke items to ensure Exceptional Quality. For flower bouquets, we aim for a 6-hour express dispatch option if ordered by a certain cutoff time, and standard dispatch within 48 hours. For other products, please allow adequate lead time.
How will I know my order has been delivered?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully delivered. For Hotel Room Decor Packages, you will also receive a WhatsApp confirmation with a discreet photo of the completed setup.
Can I request a discreet delivery?
Yes, our team is trained to deliver discreetly, particularly for special surprises like our Hotel Room Decor packages, where we coordinate directly with the hotel staff without disclosing the surprise to the recipient.
Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
We deliver from Monday to Sunday. Deliveries on public holidays are subject to special arrangements and may incur additional fees.

Once a refund has been approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This timeframe can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Can I customize my hotel room décor package?
Yes, all of our hotel room decor packages offer customization options.
During the booking process, you'll be able to select from various add-ons, such as specific balloon colors, additional beverages/snacks, personalized banners, and more.
Additional fees may apply.
Can I choose the setup date & time?
Yes, you can select your preferred setup date and a timeframe during the booking process.
We will do our best to accommodate your requested time, coordinating with the hotel to ensure a seamless setup, typically a few hours before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that specific setup times may be subject to hotel availability and our team's schedule.
What if I need a room decorated on short notice?
We understand that romantic surprises can be spontaneous! Please contact us directly via our24/7 Live Chator info@saboreo.com. While we'll always strive to help, availability on short notice may be limited depending on our current schedule and hotel coordination.

Can I book a décor package for a future date?
Absolutely! You can place your order in advance and select your desired delivery date during the booking process.
What information do you need from my hotel booking?
We will require the following information during the booking process:
- the name of the hotel,
- your booking confirmation name, and
- your room number (if known at the time of booking).
- Your estimated arrival time is also helpful for our coordination.
How long will the decorations typically last?
The longevity of the decorations depends on the specific items included in your package.
Balloons typically last for several days, especially our high-quality Qualatex balloons treated for extended float time. Floral arrangements will last for a few days with proper room temperature. Other decorative elements like banners and candles will last for the duration of your stay.
What happens with the decorations after my stay?
Generally, for most of our decor packages, the setup is designed for your enjoyment during your stay and will be disposed of after your departure. This ensures a fresh and beautiful setup for each new guest.
Rental Items: Please note that certain specific items within some packages, such as elegant vases, service trays, champagne buckets, are rental items and will be collected by our team during the takedown service (if booked) or coordinated with the hotel for retrieval.
A clear list of any rental items included in your chosen package will be provided during the booking process.
Keepsakes: We understand you might want to cherish certain elements of your romantic setup. Helium balloons and flower bouquets are yours to keep if you wish! Please inform our team upon departure if you would like to take these items with you.
Remaining Items: Upon request, our team will also be happy to pack up any remaining unopened beverages or uneaten snacks that were part of your decor package for you to take with you.
Please let us know your preference for these items during the takedown service (if booked) upon your departure.

How long will the balloons stay inflated?
The lifespan of helium-filled balloons varies depending on the type and size. Latex balloons typically last for 4-7 days, while foil balloons can stay inflated for 7+ days.
Environmental factors like temperature can also affect inflation time. We use high-quality balloons and treat latex balloons with a special solution to extend their float time.
Can I customize my flower bouquet?
Yes! We offer various customization options, including flower colors, wrapping paper type, and the inclusion of personalized messages.

How do I add a personalized message to my bouquet?

Can I order a flower bouquet for a future date?

How long will the flowers stay fresh?
The lifespan of your flowers depends on the type of blooms and the care they receive. With proper care, most of our bouquets will last for 3-7 days.

Is my payment information secure?

Where are your products made?
Most of our premium products are sourced from the USA and Switzerland. The "manufacturing" (preparation and assembly) takes place directly in Zurich, ensuring authentic Swiss quality in every creation.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Changes:
We understand that plans can sometimes shift.
For Bouquets: Changes to these orders are generally possible within a very limited timeframe after placement, ideally before production or dispatch begins. Please contact us immediately if you wish to make an adjustment.
For Hotel Room Decor Packages: You may reschedule the Services once, free of charge, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the original Date of Service.
Any subsequent rescheduling requests will be subject to a rescheduling fee of CHF 200.
Cancellations:
As our creation process begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations may only be possible within a very limited timeframe. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, absolutely! You will receive an order confirmation for all purchases from Saboreo Luxusgeschenke.
For all orders (Flower Bouquets, Balloon Bouquets, and Hotel Room Decor Packages): An immediate confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your order details, a summary of your purchase, and your unique order number.
For Hotel Room Decor Packages specifically: In addition to the email, you will also receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once your romantic room decor has been beautifully arranged in your hotel room. This will include a discreet photo of the completed setup for your peace of mind.
